SHIPPING POLICY — PawDock

Order Processing
All orders placed at PawDock are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Times
Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 business days for all orders within the contiguous United States. Delivery times may be affected by exceptional circumstances such as national holidays, adverse weather conditions, or periods of high demand.

Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped. You can use that number to track your package at any time.

Free Shipping
PawDock offers free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No additional shipping costs are applied at checkout.
