TERMS AND CONDITIONS — PawDock

1. Parties to the Agreement
These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between PawDock (hereinafter "the Seller"), with registered address in Estepona, Málaga, 29680, Spain, and the user making a purchase in our online store (hereinafter "the Customer").

2. Purchase Process
The Customer may place an order by following the checkout process available in our store. Once payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your order. Completion of the purchase implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Prices
All prices shown on the website are listed in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable state or local sales tax, which may be added at checkout depending on your location. PawDock reserves the right to modify prices at any time, though changes will not affect already confirmed orders.

4. Payment
We accept all payment methods available on our platform. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. PawDock does not store any banking or card details from its customers.

5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days and delivered within 7 to 14 business days from payment confirmation. Free shipping is available on all orders within the contiguous United States. For more information please refer to our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns and Guarantee
The Customer has 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. Products are covered by a 90-day manufacturing defect guarantee. For more information please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Liability
PawDock shall not be liable for damages resulting from misuse of the product, failure to follow usage instructions, or force majeure events. PawDock's maximum liability to the Customer in any case shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Data Protection

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this commercial relationship shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Customer's place of residence, in compliance with applicable consumer protection regulations.

10. Modifications
PawDock reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and will take effect from the moment of publication, without affecting already confirmed orders.
